111xp Terms and Conditions – Rules and User Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 111xp at 111xp.pro, clicking "Register", creating an account, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of the device or method used to access it.

These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date you register your account. 111xp reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms continue in full force and effect.

2 Eligibility

To register and use 111xp you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 111xp is strictly an 18+ platform and we enforce this at registration through age verification.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You must not be excluded from gaming — either through a self-exclusion applied on 111xp or through any other exclusion programme you have voluntarily enrolled in.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

111xp does not accept registrations from individuals who are employees, contractors, or immediate family members of 111xp or its affiliate partners, unless separate written approval has been granted.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on 111xp. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 111xp may request documentation at any time to verify the information you have provided.

Account security is your responsibility. You must:

• Choose a strong password and not share it with anyone.
• Log out after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Notify 111xp support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

111xp will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from 111xp and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on 111xp are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability and processing time of each method may vary and are outlined on the Deposit page.

By making a deposit you confirm that:

• The funds being deposited are yours and have been obtained through legitimate means.
• You are not using the platform to process funds on behalf of any third party.
• The payment method you use is registered in your name or you have the legal right to use it.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are shown at the time of deposit. 111xp does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. 111xp is not responsible for any delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors.

Deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR. 111xp does not apply any currency conversion. What you deposit is what appears in your balance.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the limits and conditions of that method. If the original method is unavailable, 111xp will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Before a withdrawal is processed:

• Your account must be fully verified, including identity and payment method verification.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be completed.
• There must be no active security review or investigation on your account.

Withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP tier. Standard accounts are processed within the standard window shown on the Deposit page. Gold tier and above receive priority processing. Diamond tier members have no daily withdrawal cap.

111xp reserves the right to carry out additional checks before processing any withdrawal. This is to protect account security and the integrity of the platform. We aim to complete checks as quickly as possible and will notify you if additional information is needed.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

111xp offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms which are stated at the time the offer is presented.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings that remain after completing wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• 111xp reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including bonus abuse through coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, or deliberately low-risk wagering designed solely to clear a bonus — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account suspension.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, the bonus amount and any bonus-generated winnings will be removed from the balance before the withdrawal is processed.

7 Gameplay Rules

111xp provides access to Slots, Live Casino, Bingo, Sports Betting (Cricket, PSL, Football, Esports), and other game categories. Each game category is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the relevant section of the platform.

General gameplay rules:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after confirmation except in circumstances set out in the relevant game or sport rules.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned. 111xp's decision on such matters is final.
• For Sports Betting, markets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body. In the case of Cricket and PSL, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) official results are used as the primary source.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at 111xp's discretion — for example during a technical issue with the data feed or during significant game events.
• 111xp reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price caused by a technical error or human error in odds compilation.

The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game category are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. These limits may differ between standard accounts and VIP-tier accounts.

8 VIP Programme

The 111xp VIP programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Membership is based on accumulated VIP points earned through wagering activity across all game categories.

VIP points are earned as follows (base rates, before tier multipliers):

• Slots and Bingo: 1.0 point per PKR 100 wagered
• Live Casino: 0.8 points per PKR 100 wagered
• Sports Betting: 0.5 points per PKR 100 wagered

Higher VIP tiers apply point multipliers on top of these base rates. Full tier benefits, point thresholds, and multiplier rates are published on the VIP page.

VIP tier status is reviewed on a rolling basis. Dropping below the point threshold for your current tier will result in a tier adjustment at the next review date. 111xp will notify you before any downgrade takes effect. Points used to redeem rewards are deducted from your balance but do not affect your tier standing retroactively.

9 Responsible Gaming

111xp takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for entertainment, and we provide tools to help you stay in control of your activity at all times. These tools are available directly from your account settings — no support ticket is required to access them.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up notifications showing how long you have been logged in during your current session.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 111xp. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended and may be permanently closed, with all balances subject to review and potential forfeiture:

• Opening more than one account per person.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match fixing, or coordinated betting with other users designed to circumvent normal game outcomes.
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated low-risk wagering.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform in connection with any illegal activity.
• Accessing another user's account without their explicit authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or negatively affects the experience of other users.

111xp monitors account activity on an ongoing basis. Suspected prohibited conduct will trigger an investigation, during which account access may be restricted. 111xp's findings and decisions in such investigations are final.

11 Suspension and Account Closure

111xp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment method verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• A verified self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order or instruction from a relevant authority requiring account closure.

If your account is closed by 111xp due to a terms breach, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that have not been used in any bonus activity will be returned to your deposit method, subject to the completion of any required verification.

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any outstanding withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be completed before the account is fully deactivated.

12 Limitation of Liability

111xp provides the platform and all games on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 111xp's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to lost bets, lost winnings, technical errors, or interrupted sessions — is limited to the amount of your real-money deposits in the 30 days prior to the claim.

111xp is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from platform use.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside 111xp's control, including internet outages, power failures, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

13 Privacy

Your use of 111xp is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, how it is stored and protected, and your rights in relation to your data.

By registering on 111xp you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who assist us in operating the platform — such as payment processors and identity verification providers — and only to the extent necessary for those purposes.

14 Changes to These Terms

111xp may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users — for example through a notice in your account dashboard or via the email address registered to your account.

If you do not agree with a revised version of the Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the revised terms take effect. Continuing to use 111xp after the effective date of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those terms.
